Guide for complaints about child pornography

Please be advised of the following when filing a complaint about child pornographic material:

World Wide Web:

Please copy the URL of the page on which you have found child pornographic material into our complaint form.  If you have received passwords for access please name them. If you have further information about the operator or holder of the website such as name, address etc. please name it. Perhaps the website is untraceable when it is checked afterwards, so all additional information may be useful.

Please note for your own interest that you must not store child pornographic material on your PC. The possession of child pornography is illegal.

Email:

If you have received a spam email with child pornographic content, links to child pornographic offers or  attachments of this kind, please copy the header into our complaint form and forward the entire email to hotline@fsm.de as well. The header shows your email address (to: …), you may delete this line.

Chat:

If you have received information on child pornography during a chat we ask you to forward the following details: name and location of the chat, name of the person who has called your attention to child pornography (nickname, email address etc), the exact wording and the time you were in the chat.
